Artikel 1. Toepasselijkheid
1.1 Deze Algemene Voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op elk gebruik van het platform (onetee.app en onetee.nl) en alle diensten die OneTee aanbiedt voor het zoeken, vergelijken, boeken en betalen van starttijden (“Tee Times”) bij aangesloten golfbanen.
1.2 Door het platform te gebruiken of een account aan te maken, ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden.
Artikel 2. De Dienst & Rol van OneTee
2.1 OneTee treedt uitsluitend op als bemiddelaar en technisch facilitator.
2.2 De daadwerkelijke dienst, het spelen op de golfbaan (inclusief baanconditie en veiligheid), wordt geleverd door de betreffende golfbaan. De overeenkomst voor toegang tot de baan komt tot stand tussen jou en de golfbaan.
Artikel 3. Account en Gebruik
3.1 Om te boeken dien je minimaal 18 jaar oud te zijn, of toestemming te hebben van een ouder/voogd.
3.2 Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het invoeren van correcte gegevens (zoals je Golf Speler Nummer (GSN) en handicap). Onjuiste gegevens kunnen leiden tot weigering door de golfbaan; eventuele kosten hiervan komen voor jouw eigen rekening.
Artikel 4. Boekingen, Prijzen en Betalingen
4.1 De totaalprijs bestaat uit de (eventueel dynamische) greenfee en de servicekosten van OneTee. De dynamische prijzen worden vastgezet bij het afronden van de betaling.
4.2 Een boeking is definitief zodra de betaling (verwerkt via Stripe) is geslaagd en je een bevestiging hebt ontvangen.
4.3 Door te boeken ga je tevens akkoord met de specifieke (huis)regels van de golfbaan.
Artikel 5. Annuleren, Wijzigen en No-shows
5.1 Voor golfreserveringen op een specifieke datum en tijd geldt het wettelijke herroepingsrecht van 14 dagen niet.
5.2 Het annuleringsbeleid verschilt per golfbaan en wordt per boeking getoond.
5.3 Bij een “no-show” (niet verschijnen zonder tijdige annulering) vervalt je recht op restitutie.
Artikel 6. Aansprakelijkheid
6.1 Het platform wordt aangeboden “as is”. OneTee is niet aansprakelijk voor de feitelijke dienstverlening van de golfbaan, weigering op de baan of jouw eigen invoerfouten.
6.2 Indien OneTee toch aansprakelijk is, is deze aansprakelijkheid beperkt tot maximaal het bedrag dat je via het platform voor de desbetreffende boeking hebt betaald.
Artikel 7. Toepasselijk recht en bevoegde rechter
7.1 Op deze voorwaarden is uitsluitend Nederlands recht van toepassing.
7.2 Geschillen worden uitsluitend voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland.

Article 1. Applicability
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the platform (onetee.app and onetee.nl) and all services provided by OneTee for searching, comparing, booking, and paying for tee times at affiliated golf courses.
1.2 By using the platform or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Article 2. Our Service & Role
2.1 OneTee acts solely as a digital intermediary and technical facilitator.
2.2 The actual golfing experience, including course conditions and safety, is provided by the respective golf course. The agreement for access to the course is formed directly between you and the golf course.
Article 3. User Accounts
3.1 To make a booking, you must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental/guardian consent.
3.2 You are responsible for providing accurate information, including your Golf Player Number (GSN) and handicap. Incorrect details may result in the golf course denying you access; any associated costs are your responsibility.
Article 4. Bookings, Prices, and Payments
4.1 The total price consists of the (potentially dynamic) green fee and OneTee’s service fees. Dynamic prices are fixed upon payment completion.
4.2 A booking is finalized once the payment (processed via Stripe) is successful and you receive a confirmation.
4.3 By booking, you also agree to comply with the specific rules and regulations of the respective golf course.
Article 5. Cancellations, Modifications, and No-Shows
5.1 The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to golf reservations made for a specific date and time.
5.2 The cancellation policy varies per golf course and is displayed during the booking process.
5.3 In the event of a “no-show” (failure to arrive without timely cancellation), you are not entitled to a refund.
Article 6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. OneTee is not liable for the actual services provided by the golf course, refusal of entry, or your own data entry errors.
6.2 If OneTee is found liable, our liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid via the platform for the specific booking in question.
Article 7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 These terms are exclusively governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
7.2 Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
