The idea for OneTee didn’t start on the green; it started in the world of aviation and hospitality where everything is priced based on demand, ensuring planes fly full and travelers get deals on off-peak flights. In golf, however, many courses still use static, flat-rate pricing. This often leads to empty fairways during the week and missed revenue opportunities during the weekends.

Our Mission: A Win-Win for the Golf Community

OneTee isn’t just another booking site. It’s a smart ecosystem designed to solve two problems at once:

• • For the Golfer: We want to make golf more flexible and affordable. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a “new generation” golfer, OneTee helps you to Play More, Pay Less.

• • For the Golf Course: We help courses optimize occupancy. By using our dynamic pricing algorithms, courses can attract more players during quiet hours and maximize revenue during peak times.
    
    

Most importantly: No new software is needed. We connect directly with your existing tee sheet software via API. So nothing changes for golfclub members and regular guests.

Golf courses can choose the model that fits their strategy best:

1. 1. Dynamic Pricing – Use our smart pricing to increase revenue during peak hours and attract demand during quiet hours with attractive rates (including payment & cancellation policy)

1. 1. Regular Price + Payment – Use OneTee to attract new guest players while eliminating “no-shows” through our upfront payment and cancellation policy.

1. 1. Reservation Only – Pure convenience. Players can book tee times directly into your system via the OneTee app for ultimate ease of use, without dynamic pricing or upfront payments.
      
      

Where we are now (The Pilot Phase)

We are currently in the middle of our Pilot Phase. Our MVP (Minimum Viable Product) is live at onetee.app, where you can already book rounds at our first partner courses.
